Project Overview

At Process Sensing Technologies, I helped strengthen the foundation for marketing execution by launching a marketing automation platform, improving CRM workflow structure, and supporting closer alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. The work focused on making campaign execution more scalable, improving segmentation and lead-stage clarity, and creating better visibility into reporting across PST and its subsidiaries.

Challenge

PST needed stronger marketing infrastructure to support more consistent campaign execution, cleaner lead management, and better alignment across teams. There was an opportunity to improve how marketing automation, CRM workflows, segmentation, and reporting worked together so campaigns could be launched more efficiently and measured more clearly.

What I Owned

I helped launch a marketing automation platform and supported the underlying workflow improvements needed to make campaigns more structured and repeatable. My work included CRM and data review, lead-stage alignment, campaign support, cross-functional coordination, and collaboration with Sales and RevOps on segmentation, reporting, and campaign readiness.

I also supported broader marketing execution across PST and its subsidiaries by helping align messaging, brand, and operational inputs needed for more consistent campaign delivery.
